SE Directive - Worker involvement in the European Company (Societas Europaea) (2001/86/EC)
The Directive complements the Statute on the European Company with regard to the involvement of employees.

Employee participation
- Several models of participation by agreement are possible, the most important being the board-level representation of employees (participation). If there is no arrangement, a set of standard rules on worker involvement becomes applicable.
